Leaders are called upon to set a strategic course in extremely turbulent and unsettled conditions. Successful strategic leadership relies on an aptitude for strategic awareness, being creative, making needed changes, assembling good teams, and deploying actionable tactics. This leadership workshop will challenge each participant to consider strategic visioning and core values, self-awareness of leadership derailers, and transformation leadership behaviors. Each participant will review the company strategy and leave the session with a transformational plan with actions and metrics for their team.
