Effective Listening Skills for Leaders is a workshop for all employees within your company. Your team will learn the techniques of discovery and recognizing signals that guide decision-making with other work colleagues and customers. We will cover communication and personalities and power bases of communicators and "hear the unspoken" (e.g., non-verbal listening). Finally, participants will be given guidelines for effective persuasion strategies.
